Local agent, Di Addenbrooke, has been revealed as one of Western Australia’s top agents in a 2021 state-based ranking.
Di of Pulse Property Group has secured 4th spot in the Real Estate Business Top 50 Agents WA 2021 ranking*.
It’s the inaugural edition of the report, which is set to be produced on an annual basis and is an initiative of leading industry resource Real Estate Business (REB), produced by award-winning media business Momentum Media.
The ranking, for real estate agents operating in residential sales, uses three major metrics to definitively rank participants using a comparative score: the number of properties sold, the total dollar volume of properties sold, and the average sale value across a 12-month period.
“The REB Top 50 Agents WA 2021 offers these agents industry-wide recognition for their sustained performance over what has been a particularly difficult set of circumstances over the last 12 months,” said Grace Ormsby, news editor at REB.
She explained that the new ranking also gives other agents an opportunity to see what it takes to be considered among the state’s best, driving the whole profession to new heights.
“This new ranking aims to not only celebrate star performers across Western Australia, but also recognise their contribution to setting strong professional performance standards within the state,” Ms Ormsby said.
